 The first place medal is awarded for earning first place in a contest.

 The second placer medal is awarded for earning second place in a contest.

 The third place medal is awarded for earning third place in a contest.

 The small medal is awarded for only specific contests.

The camera is awarded for proving to the cho team that you can make amazing videos in a contest/just lots of good quality videos.

The feather is awarded to the outstanding bloggers who have good talents in blogging. 

 The microphone is usually awarded for winning in a newspaper contest.

The paintbrush is given to the talented drawers who send in pictures to support, and if support is impresses, they will repay you with a paintbrush.
